The SLYDE Watch

The Most Luxurious Smart Watch
So you are in the market for a  digital watch? Maybe even willing to spend a couple thousand $$$ for an Apple watch? Maybe have a look at this small Swiss watchmaker: Slyde is known for making some of the coolest next generation watches available. They are bridging the gap between today and tomorrow, with more than a touch of yesterday.

With its user-friendly curved (!) touch-screen offers you the same functions as other smart watches (store pictures etc.) ... but the coolest thing is that you can download styles such as “tourbillon” or a Jump-Hour Retrograde Split-Seconds Chronograph Perpetual Calendar Moon Phase.  Among other complications.  There’s no limit!

Prices start around $6,500
The pictures model is in 18 carat rose gold. The lugs, also in 18 carat rose gold, are encrusted with 1.3 carat white diamonds. This one is a bit more expensive at around $85k ...

LG Watch Urbane

A classic Look with modern day Features

Here it is: The LG Watch Urbane, the companies maiden foray into the luxury smart watch world. And with its all-metal construction and attention to detail it sure draws some attention.

We will have to wait for MWC 2015 to get all the details, all we know at this point is that the Android device will be available with a gold and silver finish and that it features a 1.3" P-OLED display with a 320 x 320 resolution and a 245ppi pixel density.

The LG Watch Urbane comes with a stitched leather band that can be replaced by any 22mm wide strap.

Perhaps the biggest question on our minds is just how much the device will retail for. Well, LG's press release fails to include pricing of the timepiece... but we hear it will be around $450.
