THE LILY

THE CAMERA THAT FOLLOWS YOU

"No setup required. Just throw Lily in the air to start a new video.
It's that simple."

This, my fellow followers, is uber-cool! Lily is the world's first throw-and-shoot camera. Born in the University of California (Berkeley's robotics lab), you simply toss the device into the air, and its four propellers send it flying up to speeds of 25 miles per hour as it takes high-quality photos and videos.
Unlike other drones, the Lily Camera requires no controller as it follows the wearer's bracelet. The camera follows the user via GPS tied to a bracelet, which communicates distance, position and speed back to the camera.

The company's pre-order price is $499, and first deliveries are expected in February 2016, after which the price will jump to $999.

The iBlazr

The much needed flash for your selfies!

OMG .. you so needed this, right?

How often did you wish for a flash taking your selfies? Yes, you can see yourself on the big screen ... but the light sucks. Your only chance is to use the back camera with the flash - but now you don't see the screen and may end up taking several pictures to get the perfect one.

It's basically a small cube that you plug in to the audio jack on the top of the phone to light your beautiful face for that perfect portrait. This external flash has four powerful LEDs and comes with a camera app which you can use to take photos or videos. You can even get diffusors for some amazing effects!

Works with iPhone, iPad, Android & Windows phones.

$49.99 (they have a Spring sale right now: $39.99)

Welcome

The first smart home camera with face recognition

Making use of ‘revolutionary face recognition technology’, the new "Welcome" by Netatmo recognises individual family members. Upon recognition the camera will then send the names of people it sees to the user’s smartphone, as well as notifying home-owners of any unknown faces.

The camera, which features a 130 degree field of view, also offers a live video feed with audio that is accessible through an app to monitor the current home situation.

Aside from facial recognition and privacy features, the camera offers night vision.

Available from Q2 2015

Hisy

The Bluetooth Smartphone Remote Control

"Let me take a selfie!"

No doubt, the smartphone has become the #1 camera in the world. And how many times a day do we find ourselves ... or see people ... taking that special selfie with whatever is in your background. Only - once in a while your arm is simple too short, right? In comes ... one of those simple ideas we all wish we had first: The Bluetooth Smartphone Remote Control.

There are several models out there, but we like the "HISY" the best. Why? It's small, it looks cool and it is super easy to use.
You just pair it once and from there, every time you activate the camera, you can take a photo – or start and stop recording video – just by pressing that same button. No app is required, and you can still use the phone's onscreen shutter release button when preferred.
