CycleOps

Bring Your Ride Inside!
So the weather sucks, your bike rack broke down, or it's in the middle of the night and you can't sleep ... but you really want to hop on your bike, hit the road and get some exercise. With CycleOps you can bring your ride inside! Literally!

CycleOps offers a range of bike trainers to give you a roadlike feel that helps you keep up your bike routine even inside your apartment.  In essence, it's a resistance unit encased in hydraulic fluid. The harder you pedal, the hotter the fluid gets and the more resistance you experience.

But there's more: It actually makes the level of resistance also a function of cadence and gearing. The ranges of resistance you can potentially experience varies from 20 watts to 725 watts, all a function of your gearing and cadence.

The trainer easily folds up and comes with the Quick-Lock bike mount, a custom skewer, and a CTS climbing workout video.

You can also combine it with CycleOps' VirtualTraining app which lets you ride routes and race your friends all over the world via your tablet or desktop as it tracks your training data.
