The 47 Ronin

Buell's 1125 .. reborn!
When unique American sportsbike brand Buell was shut down by Harley-Davidson back in 2009, a team of Magpul designers and engineers snapped up 47 of Buell's finest creations – the 1125 series sportsbikes. It was the birth of a very limited run of extremely sexy custom bikes, named the "47 Ronin (- "The legend of the 47 Ronin - a samurai who has lost their master through death or disgrace, would commit suicide. Those who chose to live were labelled Ronin")". Each of the 47 bikes is named after one of the 47 Ronin.

Back to the bike: Keeping the engine, frame, swingarm, belt drive and Buell's unique rim-mounted front brake disc, the rest of the Ronin is pure and super sexy custom.

The first run of 12 bikes are sold out (@US$38,000). Subsequent releases will be differently colored and more expensive, building up to the final five machines, which will be individualized factory customs.
