Mercedes-Benz S600 Pullman Maybach

A rolling VIP lounge

Meet the next level of exclusive luxury: the Mercedes-Maybach S600 Pullman.

The 50th birthday of the best-known Pullman sedan, the Mercedes-Benz 600, is set to coincide with the debut of the 2016 version at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.

As with the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class unveiled at the Detroit motor show earlier this year, the S600 Pullman comes with the choice of either a twin-turbocharged 4.6-litre V8 engine or a twin-turbocharged 6.0-litre V12. But at 6499mm in length, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Pullman is a generous 1046mm longer than the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class.

As you’d expect from something so vast, cabin space is second to none. Within the 4,418mm wheelbase – a figure marginally longer than an entire Ford Focus – fits one of the most opulent cabins money can buy. The wide back doors open to reveal a four seat rear cabin, with two rearward facing chairs whose seat squabs can fold away when not in use. Everything is trimmed in leather. At least it is as standard – buyers have access to endless customisation possibilities, in order to make every single Pullman totally unique. Even the Burmester 3D surround sound system can be tuned exclusively to suit the tastes of individual customers. - See more at: https://www.carwow.co.uk/blog/mercedes-maybach-s-600-pullman-revealed#sthash.Cz1jI4JT.dpuf
Unsurprisingly it offers the greatest legroom in the luxury class: There are two executive class seats with an array of features including reclining and massage, plus two other arranged vis-à-vis facing VIP seats. A window partition divides the passenger compartment from that of the driver.

The Pullman comes with the finest leather upholstery, lavish trim pieces, curtains for the rear windows, an 18.5 inch TV and a Burmester high-end 3D surround sound system.

Like its predecessors, the Pullman will be offered in unarmored and armored form, with the heavier version expected to provide VR9-level ballistic protection

Yes, it comes with a rather hefty price tag: The unarmored version starts at $566,922 (or half a million Euros), while the armored version is likely to start at around $1 million.
